Excellent quality product - this is not a cheap knockoff it is high quality and well designed.
Ice brick is a perfect fit. I got an extra so I always have a spare. Worked well over Christmas with the platter constantly in use.
My only addition: I would have preferred it bigger - You can never have too much cheese. This is really fit for a couple not a family. (Get two)Make a larger size and I will purchase that too.
